Exchange & Return Polices
- Defective, opened vial products must be returned within seven days for exchange. We will send it to you without shipping charge.
- Non-defective boxes or vial products, which have been opened are not returnable.
- Return or exchange merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of your invoice, sent within seven days from date of receipt and be in
original package & in good condition.
- These policies have been created for your safety, security, lens comfort, and eye health. All SSVS contact lenses you receive
are sterile, sealed, inspected, factory-fresh and ready to wear.
