ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

RAD Eyeguards warrants all these eyeguards against breakage due to defects in material and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. RAD Eyeguards will repair or replace, at our option, any pair of eyeguard found to be defective exclusive of damage caused by manufacturer.  This warranty does not cover scratched lenses, lost screws, accidental breakage or abused frames resulting from normal wear and tear. This warranty does not cover shipping costs.

If service is required, send the eyeguard with proof of date purchased, postage paid, $7.5 for shipping and handling fee and insured to:

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We will be happy to exchange, credit or refund your eyeguards if for any reasons you are not completely satisfied or unhappy with your purchase.  Just return it to the following address within 30 days of purchase.

Eyeguard must be in GOOD and UNUSED condition, with original packaging and accompanied by a copy of your invoice. We cannot credit or refund the freight costs of any returned items.   If you are exchanging your purchase for another style of Eyeguard, we will send it to you without shipping charge.

All on line orders will be shipped out within 2 working days via United Parcel Service after order being placed.  We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover Card, Dinner Club, JCB.  You can also complete and print the fax order form and fax it to 310-532-5888 or mail to us. We also accept checks and money orders in US funds mailed to our address.  However, orders will not be shipped after the check or money order clear from the bank.  Sales tax will be added to California residents. International customers are responsible for duty and tax incurred in their countries.
